SHIPPING & RETURNS

We deliver Australia wide. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $15 for purchases totaling under $100 and free shipping for purchases totaling over $100. When goods are in-stock, orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. For backordered items, we will contact you to advise the delivery date. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 3 business days to metro locations, and between 5 and 7 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory, depending on your location.

Respro Australia does not accept returns for items which have been opened or used.

Masks (and ancillary items such as filters) are considered ‘personal’ items for hygiene reasons. The goods are supplied in sealed bags to ensure the integrity of the goods in an unused state. Should the seal be broken, the integrity of the Mask will be compromised and Respro® will not have any option but to conclude that the Mask and/or ancillary items have been removed from the bag, handled and/or used (i.e. for Face Fitting).

This compromises the Mask and/or other contents and is a contamination threat, therefore becoming a product liability issue. If the seal is broken you lose your right to cancel. Respro® will not be able to exchange nor refund the value of the goods supplied unless the goods supplied are shown to be faulty in their manufacture. Returns can be conditionally accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that have not been opened or used, and are in new condition.

All refunds will be processed within three (3) working days of approval. Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order. Any refunds for items purchased using a discount coupon/voucher will be credited at the net purchase price as shown on your order confirmation email. Please allow up to five (5) days after Respro Australia has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
